Location: Zuchwil, Solothurn or any EMEA country

Full time permanent contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Management

  • Congress Leadership

  • Marketing campaigns and marketing materials

  • New Product launch planning

  • Collaboration with Product Development on new product developments

  • Forecasting, Obsolescence planning with the countries

  • Pricing strategy and execution with the countries

  • KOL management

  • Sales training

  • Business plan preparation work

  • Tender support for countries

  • Responsible for supporting dedicated country BUDs

  • Responsibility for two to three key market opportunities

  • Map and understand the market situation for these opportunities

  • Work on Business Cases to address the opportunity together with the countries

  • Plan and execute the roll-out plans to address the opportunity

  • Partner on Strategic Account Management process: key account acquisition and build-up of reference centers

  • Gain deep market insight and understanding within the field of competency; drive this knowledge into the markets

  • Competitive assessments

  • Participate in strategic portfolio planning


  • Graduate preferably in a life science

  • Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma an advantage but not essential

  • Previous marketing experience in a Healthcare Company

  • Sales experience preferred but not essential

  • Regional level Marketing experience

  • LX experience

  • Indirect Leadership experience

  • Digital experience if possible

  • Strong networking and communication skills

  • Engagement and Leadership skills

  • Travel requirements 25% to 30%.
