We are looking for a creative and driven Modern Marketer to lead our Technology marketing efforts for the CEE Region . With a strong focus on digital & agile marketing strategies you will be able to demonstrate the ability to further establish Oracle’s brand and to generate sales leads and pipeline Elaborating & Driving Plan Execution.
You will be accountable for Pipeline, Awareness, Dem Gen & Sales Support.
As part of the EMEA Marketing Team, this role involves working closely with key stakeholders including: Sales VPs and their team, Sales Development Managers, Demand Generation, Oracle Direct, Field Marketing managers, Corporate and Product Marketing, Advertising, PR, Social Media, Operations, and Alliances & Channels.
Leading multicultural virtual teams, driving change management towards modern marketing focusing on digital and Dem Gen, Communicating up and appearing as the primary Sales VP marketing partner will be instrumental for success. Influencing and relationship building skills are required to ensure that designed high return marketing plans & strategies are executed across South Africa and surrounding countries with proven ROI, expanded Thought leadership, Awareness and Share of Voice across the region to support Oracle’s overall sales strategies and to drive pipeline.
Develop a 6 month marketing plan for the region in charge.
Lead Execution of Integrated Field Marketing & Comm.
Develop Thought Leadership leveraging the Messaging Platform & Competitive Positioning & Assets, Voice of Customer, Influencer Mapping & engagement (Press | Analysts | Bloggers | Social Leaders), Boost Employee Advocacy (Luminaries | Champions) fostering a product internal community as well as an external social one, Act as a Spokesperson and Keynote Speaker
Boost Awareness via Sales and Marketing Artifacts, Customer Public References & Stories, Paid | Earned | Owned Traffic Conversion, Audience & Community Management
Demand Generation Marketing Support: Focus Efforts on Pipe Gaps, Orchestrate cadenced TOFU / MOFU / BOFU Campaigns & Nurtures
Web, Social, Campaigns, Product Marketing: Keynotes & Videos, Event strategy & content, SEO/SEM, Web Pages Social aligned
Participation: Blogging Social, Help Field Enablement, Sales VP Partner, Support Field Localization
Customer Advocacy & Content Map: Customer References Stories Videos program, Asset Library with up to date Relevant Content (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to drive pipeline across the demand generation eco-system both online and offline

Spokesperson, Strong written and verbal communications skills in English. Knowledge of other languages would be helpful, especially Arabic or French
A strong track record driving pipeline and awareness in the EMEA Enterprise SaaS market i.e. in a subscription business model

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of Marketing experience in the technology industry preferred, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
